Had my second physical therapy appointment, and it went amazing!
Started with 10 minutes on the bike with a little higher resistance than last time, than got a balance board type thing that I had told roll my ankles back and forth on to touch each side to the ground. Then I did some heel raises, and got on a machine where I laid flat with my feet against a board and pushed my body weight out.
Then I did a lot of arm exercises on the rowing machines and ended with some weights. Feeling optimistic!
